Mental Health Awareness Month 2025 was celebrated to strengthen and value the Mental Health of each individual to reduce the rate of people committing suicide.
In our country, the Philippines, we celebrated it on the 2nd Week of October as National Mental Heath Week under Proclamation 452.

In providing services to our fellow Filipinos, we also give importance to our mental health especially to our youth and women who suffer from domestic violence and abuse when we have community outreach program in remote and far flung areas.
One of our activity was the resilience tree.

This activity aims to foster self-awareness, growth mindset, empowering individuals and each leaf represents hope, strength and perseverance.
There is also an open-forum where everyone shared their messages of resilience and there is always hope, when we are united and work together.
